Approaching Four Years: Building Relationships, Community, and Success at RapidSpike

As I approach four years at RapidSpike, I’ve been reflecting on the journey so far, a time filled with challenges, achievements, and incredible growth. Starting as a Customer Success Engineer and now leading as Head of Customer Experience, I’ve been proud to play a key role in shaping our customer strategy, building strong relationships, and helping define our presence in the website monitoring space.

One of my proudest achievements has been securing our biggest client and continuing to work closely with them to ensure success. Beyond that, I’ve worked hard to establish a sense of community—not just within RapidSpike but also across Leeds and the industry as a whole—cementing our reputation as a trusted name in website monitoring.

It’s been a demanding few years, but the results speak for themselves. I’m excited to keep driving forward, strengthening relationships, and helping RapidSpike grow as a leader in the space. The journey is far from over, and I’m ready for what’s next!
